 On March 18th, around 2:00 a.m., Evansville Police Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of W Franklin St.in reference to a male who fired shots and one victim was struck by a bullet. The victim had been shot in the foot and was taken to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.Â
The victim stated that he did not know the suspect. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a red and white striped shirt. The suspect ran from the scene before officers arrived. An EPD K-9 Handler and his K-9 partner attempted to track but was unable to locate the suspect.Â
