Shooting 1600 Block of Hicks Dr.

 Sometime around 5:00 a.m. on October 21, a gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital seeking treatment. The victim had a gunshot wound to the lower abdominal area. 

  The victim told an officer, that was working off-duty at the hospital, that he was in the area of the 1600 block of Hicks Dr., arguing with a female and another male (suspect). After things got heated, the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim. 

  The victim wasn’t willing to give any further details, including names of the suspect or the female. Furthermore, he did not wish to pursue any charges against the suspect. 

  Officers went to the area where the victim said the shooting took place, but was unable to locate a crime scene. 

  The victim is expected to survive his injuries.
