“Shape-up with Santa†at Swonder Ice Arena
EVANSVILLE, IN – Mayor Lloyd Winnecke invites the community to “Shape-up with Santa†at Swonder Ice Arena Saturday, Dec. 15, from 8 to 10 a.m. during Energize Evansville’s Fitness in the Park and receive a free pass to “Skate with Santa†from 1 to 3 p.m. the same day.
“Shape-up with Santa†will also feature a warm-up walk and stretching around the Swonder track and circuit exercises, including Vitality Jump (how many times you can jump rope in 1 minute), beginning Zumba and strength training.
