Right Jab And Middle Jab And Left Jab” was created because we have a couple of commenters that post on a daily basis either in our “IS IT TRUE” or “Readers Forum” columns concerning National or International issues.
The majority of our “IS IT TRUE” columns are about local or state issues, so we have decided to give our more opinionated readers exclusive access to our newly created “LEFT JAB and Middle Jab and RIGHT JAB”  column. They now have this post to exclusively discuss national or world issues that they feel passionate about.
We shall be posting the “LEFT JAB” AND “MIDDLE JAB” AND “RIGHT JAB” several times a week.  Oh, “LEFT JAB” is a liberal view, “MIDDLE JAB” is the libertarian view and the “RIGHT JAB is representative of the more conservative views. Also, any reader who would like to react to the written comments in this column is free to do so.

    Left-wing rioters attacked supporters of President Donald Trump leaving a rally in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Thursday evening — assaulting them in groups, setting fire to pro-Trump hats, and attacking the police.

    Riot police stood by as members of Antifa were seen dragging steel fences away from the Target Center. They were filmed by Elijah Schaffer, a correspondent for The Blaze, a conservative news site — who was maced as he filmed….

    The scene was reminiscent of the riot outside a convention center in San Jose in June 2016, when anti-Trump rioters attacked Trump supporters leaving the venue in full view of the media — and Mayor Sam Liccardo blamed Trump.

    Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey proclaimed Thursday as “Love Trumps Hate Day” in the city, in solidarity with protests against Trump. Evidently, however, some of those among the “protesters” felt “hate” trumped “love.”….

    • Ilhan Omar Voted In Favor Of Allowing Payments To Families of Terrorists In The Form Of Life Insurance Beneficiaries

      ….“In 2017, the Minnesota legislature was considering a bill, H. F. No. 1397, to allow insurance companies to deny payouts to beneficiaries if the insured’s death was ‘directly or indirectly as a result of the insured’s furtherance of terrorism,’” reports Chicksonright.com.

      The bill was in response to the 2015 San Bernardino shooting. Syed Rizwan Farook, a California man who, with his wife Tashfeen Malik, shot and killed 14 people, had previously taken out two life insurance policies worth a combined total of $275,000. After Farook was killed in a shootout with law enforcement, his mother was to be the primary beneficiary of the policies.

      However, the federal government filed a lawsuit to seize the money, saying it planned to disperse the funds among the surviving victims and the families of those killed in the attack.

      “Terrorists must not be permitted to provide for their designated beneficiaries through their crimes,” said then- U.S. Attorney Eileen M. Decker in a statement.“My office intends to explore every legal option available to us to ensure these funds are made available to the victims of this horrific crime. We will continue to use every tool available to seek justice on behalf of the victims.”

      Representative John Lesch and Representative Ilhan Omar voted against the Minnesota bill, but it still managed to pass. (At the time, Omar was a part of the Minnesota legislature.)….

    Democrat presidential hopeful Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) applauded a nine-year-old child who claims to be transgender during Thursday night’s CNN Equality Town Hall, and she suggested that the child assist her with choosing her education secretary, should she be elected….

    Before closing, Warren indicated that she would like to have Jacob vet who she chooses as the secretary of education in her administration.

    “I want to make sure that the person I think is the right secretary of education meets you and hears your story, and then I want you to tell me if you think that’s the right person and then we’ll make the deal,” Warren said….

      ….While Warren’s proposal contains a swath of promises of protections for LGBT individuals, the presidential hopeful specifically vowed to mix federal prisons, allowing men to move into women’s prisons on the basis of “gender identity” rather than biological sex. She said she would instruct the Bureau of Prisons to house transgender inmates according to their identified sex, much like the Obama administration did in January 2017.

      Warren’s plan states:

      I will direct the Bureau of Prisons to end the Trump Administration’s dangerous policy of imprisoning transgender people in facilities based on their sex assigned at birth and ensure that all facilities meet the needs of transgender people, including by providing medically necessary care, like transition-related surgeries, while incarcerated……

      Warren also vowed to provide taxpayer-funded sex-reassignment surgery. She outlined that position in her comprehensive LGBT agenda, calling for “gender-affirming” health care.

      “I believe that everyone is entitled to medical care and medical care that they need, and that includes people who are transgender, who — it is the time for them to have gender-affirming surgery,” Warren said during the town hall….

      Warren, however, has not always felt that way. She said in 2012 that she did not find sexual reassignment surgery – for a transgender inmate, specifically – a “good use of taxpayer dollars.”

      “I have to say, I don’t think it’s a good use of taxpayer dollars,” she said at the time, only to reverse her position years later.

    Federal Judge Upholds Florida Law That Prohibits Sanctuary Jurisdictions

    A new Florida state law that bans so-called sanctuary cities and requires Florida law enforcement officials to cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents took effect Oct. 1 after a federal judge upheld its constitutionality….

    The law, which prevents local governments from enacting policies that prohibit or impede law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration authorities, allows elected officials to be stripped of their offices if they violate the law.

    As a result of the law, law enforcement officers in all 67 Florida counties will have to enter into formal enforcement agreements with ICE in which the federal agency will pay local governments $50 for the extension of an illegal alien’s detention.

    The new law goes against a national trend in which left-leaning state and local governments in so-called sanctuary jurisdictions have enacted policies requiring police not to cooperate with ICE. California law even prescribes punishments in some cases for those who cooperate with ICE. Jailers in some jurisdictions have been releasing illegal aliens despite receiving detainer requests from ICE that ask for the individual to be held longer to facilitate deportation proceedings….

      Carlos Daniel Carillo-Lopez, an illegal alien from Guatemala, allegedly participated in the gang murder of a teenager in a Washington state suburban town.

      Before his arrest for murder, Carillo-Lopez was arrested on local charges numerous times, but every single detainer request lodged by ICE was ignored by authorities. Washinton Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee recently signed a bill into law that prohibits authorities from cooperating with ICE.

      Carrillo-Lopez arrived in the county illegally as a child in 2015, part of the surge of unaccompanied alien children who arrived en masse at the southern border at the time.

    Under a long-term deal sealed by the Obama administration, a Chinese Communist company was set to control the second-busiest container port in the United States. In an unreported Trump administration victory, the Communists are out after a drawn-out national security review forced a unit of China-based COSCO Shipping Holdings Co. (Orient Overseas Container Line—OOCL) to sell the cherished container terminal business, which handles among the largest freight of imports into the U.S.

    It all started with a 40-year container terminal lease between the Port of Long Beach in southern California and Hong Kong. The Obama administration proudly signed the agreement in 2012 giving China control of America’s second-largest container port behind the nearby Port of Los Angeles. One of the Trump administration’s first big moves was to get the Communists out of the Port of Long Beach. After a national security review and federal intervention, the Long Beach terminal business, which handles millions of containers annually, is finally being sold to an Australian company called Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. That essentially kills China’s decades-long contract with the Obama administration.

The only coverage of the finalized transfer is found in Long Beach’s local newspaper, which published a brief article omitting important background information on the Trump administration’s work to take back the terminal from the Communists. The story makes it seem like a regular business transaction in which “a Chinese state-owned company, reached a deal to sell the terminal, one of the busiest in the port, for $1.78 billion.” The piece also quotes the Port of Long Beach’s deputy executive director saying that the transaction process was intricate and involved one of “our most valuable port assets.” Buried at the bottom of the article is a sentence mentioning that the U.S. government, which regulates mergers for antitrust and security reasons, stepped in and required COSCO to sell its rights to the container terminal…..

    There’s stupidity, and then there’s the Democrats

    There’s a first-rate adage from the notorious French avant-gardist Jean Cocteau that I translate as “Stupidity is always astonishing, no matter how many times you deal with it.”

    Cocteau, being French, had plenty of opportunities to test that thesis. As for us, we’ve got the Democrats.

    Since the days of the Clintons, Democratic crimes never seem to come as single spies, or even in battalions, but it something like divisions or army corps. That certainly seems to be the case with Joe Biden, as several stories that have bubbled up over the past few days attest:

    Hunter Biden was caught trying to run interference in Congress for corrupt Romanian land baron Gabriel Popoviciu without bothering to register as a foreign agent. Popoviciu later went to prison over a corrupt land deal. (This story first appeared last May, but is only now gaining traction thanks to Rudy Giuliani’s interest.)

    It turns out that Papa Joe himself was paid $900,000 for lobbying on behalf of Burisma, the exact same outfit that Hunter was entangled with. (This was revealed by Ukrainian Rada member Andriy Derkach. I suppose Trump called him too.)

    It has also developed that the 2020 candidate that the whistleblower had a relationship with was none other than Joe himself. The whistleblower not only briefed Biden about Ukraine, but also accompanied him there on Air Force Two, which suggests more than a casual relationship.

    Clearly, we’ve only scratched the surface as far as this little affair goes. Hunter had his finger in many pies, it seems, while Dad is entangled up to his neck with the same crew of corrupt reprobates as junior. As for the “whistleblower,” the only appropriate response to this would be “wild surmise.” Yes, the Democrats are trying to take down Donald Trump, yes, they’re trying to set themselves up for 2020, but also, on some level, it’s apparent that the Ukraine scam is a being carried out to provide cover for Joe Biden, of the “most scandal-free administration in history.”

    You come across this kind of thing and you ask yourself: is it now? Is it now that they stop digging? Is it now that they start clawing their way out of the hole? Is it now that they head for the trees, knowing that the tsunami is coming? Is it now that they start tossing Old Joe, Little Orphan Adam, and Nancy off the sleigh in a desperate effort to save themselves?

    But the answer is, no, it’s not now. It is never now. Which leads to the next obvious question: can they possibly be that stupid?

    And echo answereth: yep.

    The Ukraine scandal would strike awe into a mind even as circuitous as Cocteau’s. He may have had to deal with the bourgeois, Vichy, the Occupation, and Sartre, but he never had to deal with anything like this.

    The one good thing is, if they’re that stupid, I can’t see how DJT can lose.
