  1. As is the case in every election I will be cancelling out Bandana’s picks.

    • I’m voting more than once again this year. As always, the Indiana 25th Volunteer Infantry Regiment has volunteered to march down Oak Hill hill in support of my serial voting. They are a Shiloh-hardened Civil War outfit and themselves eager to vote this year. Folks in the area should lock up their daughters and wives, some of those old boys have been in the ground a long time.

      • We have set up shop on Sample Street in South Bend to manufacture votes for Trump like 1953 Studebakers. You will know the main entrance b our sign, “TRUMP…Make Studebaker great again.”

        • I might sample that street’s offerings next time I’m up that way. When I come I’d like to buy 3 of those new and unused Trump votes, for souvenirs. I somehow feel obligated to rent a Studebaker for the trip.

  2. The more light shed on Evan Bayh’s financial holdings, the more disgusted I get. Investing in the ill and elderly’s life insurance in hope of making a profit if they die quickly?

    His mom would be so proud.

  3. John Adams authored the Massachusetts Constitution, 1780, described as the world’s oldest functioning written constitution, a model for the United States Constitution. It stated:

    “The happiness of a people and the good order and preservation of civil government, essentially depend upon piety, religion and morality;

    and as these cannot be generally diffused through a community, but by the institution of the Public worship of God … the people of this commonwealth … authorize … the public worship of God, and for the support and maintenance of public Protestant teachers of piety, religion and morality …

    I can not believe the restraint shown by the Donald Trump supporters. Surly the university will kick this black lady out if she is enrolled there.
