    “Unemployment for Hispanic workers again plumbed a new record low in July, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

    The unemployment rate for Hispanic or Latino workers fell to 4.5 percent in the month, lower than the previous record of 4.6 percent that was set just the month before.

    Unemployment for minorities has fallen to historical lows as the jobs recovery has extended into a ninth year. The recovery has also benefited other groups who typically are at the margins of the economy. For example, jobless rates for high school dropouts also hit a record low in July….

    “So important, because we have companies, once again, coming back into our country, and they want to employ people,” he said. “So we’re training and working with these people, and we’re getting companies to do the same. It’s been — actually, it’s been a very beautiful thing.”

    • JoeB, stop with all this good news stuff from alt-right media. It’s depressing to see Trump succeed. It will make it harder for Maxine Waters to have him impeached if the economy continues to boom and employment continues at record low levels.

  3. Got the unions fighting each other. Trumpka of the afl cio and the teachers union are fighting each other. Sure sign the rank and file are becoming pro Trump. Teachers union will be in trouble if Betsy DeVoe keeps making headway with charter schools and universal vouchers. The Mueller probe is in shambles and has become a disgrace and is a clear and present danger to our system of justice. We need to get cracking on our new jail because when Trump gets re elected in 2020 liberals will go off the deep end. And we’ll need a place to house them.

  5. A couple years ago I saw people come out of the woodwork to vote for Trump. The main reasons they appeared was guns, abortion and hating blacks and gays. In that order. 18 million people sat home in 2016 that voted in 2012. The reason for that I believe ranges from Hillary’s press in the public eye for 30 years whether true or false, and the belief amongst those 18 million that no way Trump could be elected, so why bother.

    The Russian interference I never believed played a part in the outcome until reading an article about Jill Stein here recently. She was the Green candidate in the election and while being interviewed about her time in Russia in 2015 sitting at the same table as Putin and Michael Flynn, stated, (although just 2 people away from Putin), that she never spoke to him. She also said she may have said hi to Flynn, (maybe).

    Oh Oh.

    So I pulled up the election results in the three States Trump had to win to become King Daddy and lo and behold, Clinton would have trounced Trump in all 3 if Stein weren’t in the race.

    Now, is Putin actually that savvy to have her in the race as a backup cushion taking votes away from Clinton in a close race?

    Since that is what his entire life trained him to do, I’d say it’s more than likely. But I would also say the Born Agin new Putin lovers on this forum would disagree.

    • If, IF’s and But’s were beer and nuts we could have a party. What makes you think Stein voters would vote for Hillary? Maybe they wouldn’t even have voted. No tear in my beer because the best man won. You can always tell when a liberal is on the losing end of a debate by the way the accusations of racism flow. You’re right about the guns, but guns are only necessary because of liberal democrats. Here in our fair city most serious and violent crimes occur in the democrat rich wards.

        Because I wouldn’t think “Green” voters would vote for arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead to be one of the first things the Mop Head administration allowed to be re-dumped into the environment referring to them as “Debris”. Would you?

        I also don’t believe “Green” people would want National Monuments opened up to drilling, the Endangered Species Act s–t canned, oil wells drilled off the coasts of States that must survive with tourism, or think of this, simply voting for someone qualified instead of someone who walks in on naked teenage girls because he knows he can get away with it.
