There are any number of individuals living in this community with the financial where-with-all to do a project like this one. Wouldn’t that be something to leave for posterity? I have never seen a Brinks truck in a funeral procession.

With shops and a fine dining establishment on the ground level, and a couple of penthouse suites available for lease at the top, would that not put it in the realm of possibility?
It can be done Evansville, but it needs to be a hotel, not luxury apartments.

It sounds to me as if way too much money has been invested in the Floridian Hotel. Those people will be drowning in red ink in no time…
The point was that it was private money that did it. At least it seemed so from the article.
