PBR TOURING PRO DIVISION COMING TO EVANSVILLE
Shoe Sensation proudly welcomes the PBR Pro Touring Division to Evansville, Indiana, for the first time in 10 years. Tickets are now available for presale for the professional bull riding event on May 28, 2022, at 7:00 pm CDT at the Ford Center to watch seasoned veterans and eager newcomers take on some of the most famous bucking bulls in the division.
“It’s been such a dream of mine to bring a PBR event of this scale to the local community. I love getting to be a part of making this event a reality for the area to enjoy and attend†says local PBR Event Planning Chairperson, Malinda Nelson.
While the event begins at 7 pm CDT, it’s recommended attendees arrive early and buy their tickets in advance. Doors open at 5 pm CDT, with a meet and greet of all the competitors starting at 6 pm CDT. Presale tickets start at $28 and can be purchased at www.EvansvillePBR.com or Ticketmaster. checkout for $5 off through November 12, 2021. All the proceeds from the event will benefit local Veterans.
The night will heat up with a qualifying round of 35 ambitious riders, all looking to take home the title. After whittling away the competition, the Top 10 competitors will advance to the championship round, giving them a shot at the title and a $40,000 purse. The rider with the highest total two-ride score will be crowned champion.
“We are so excited to bring PBR back to Evansville. Not only does it help the Evansville community grow, but it also provides resources to our local Veterans. We look forward to bringing additional events to the area each year,†remarks Rally Point Events President, Lance Yearby.
