Reliable sources has just informed the City County Observer that Evansville Fire Chief,  Mike Connelly has given fellow firefighter Edward David Parker a 3 day suspension without pay for an alleged Battery of Public Safety Official, Resisting  of Law Enforcement, interfering with firefighters during the recent Inland Marina fire.
