The Moss Liberty Network:
A Statement of Values, Beliefs, and Principles

The Moss Liberty Network convened recently for its inaugural meeting. Â The network is a constitutional, freedom loving organization that embraces liberty, God-given, inalienable rights, and limited government. Â It endorses our Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights and considers these landmark documents among the greatest achievements of mankind. Â They champion, as we do, free speech, religious liberty, the right to bear arms, due process, private property rights, separation of powers, and states rights, also known as federalism.
We uphold the Judeo-Christian foundation of the nation, believe in the sanctity of life, and are defenders of the Enlightenment and Western Civilization. America, we believe, represents the summit of the Western tradition precisely because it is founded on the principles of Judeo-Christian belief, which holds that every individual has inalienable rights based on the biblical injunction (Genesis 1:27) that each of us is created in the image of God.
While other nations maintained longstanding norms and tribal creeds that concentrated power in the hands of one or a few, the framers embraced the opposite – radical, unprecedented ideas such as the rule of law, personal liberty, and free markets that dispersed power away from government and to the individual.
Ours was a nation unencumbered by a history of monarchy, aristocracy, or feudalism. From its inception, our country was founded on liberty and individual sovereignty. As such it became the freest and most prosperous nation on earth, the flower of Western Civilization, and model for the world.
We consider the left a mortal threat to the nation. There exists an unholy alliance between the left and radical Islam to undermine and ultimately overthrow our great and unique nation. We will defend the country against these twin threats. Like-minded individuals should join in our crusade to protect this nation from its myriad threats both from abroad and from within.
We believe that the election of Republican Donald Trump for President was providential and saved the country from slipping into a death spiral from which it would not have recovered.  We support “America First†in all affairs pertaining to American workers, families, and citizens, and in all national and international matters including national security, foreign policy, trade, commerce, resources, jobs, healthcare, energy, education, science, technology, culture, borders, and immigration.  Having said that, we note that the Liberty Network will not shrink from criticizing President Trump if and when he betrays these essential doctrines.
We seek also to strengthen the Republican Party philosophically and morally, to ensure that it upholds constitutional, limited government, and free market principles, and endeavors to restore our culture, language, and traditions.  We understand that the Republican Party is the natural vehicle for limited government, free-market conservatives, but that it has been a very flawed vehicle.  We will carefully monitor its positions, policies, voting record, spending, and general behavior and attitude.  We will demand that it energetically and courageously protect and advance America’s core doctrines.
We will petition the Republican Party to secure our borders, end mass third world immigration, and promote immigration policies that place American interests first, not the interests of immigrants or the often failed nations they are fleeing.
We call for the end to all illegal immigration and a drastic reduction in legal immigration if not a complete moratorium with certain limited exceptions.
We uphold the patriotic, melting pot theory of assimilation, e pluribus unum, from many one, a nation of individuals with one language, culture, and way of life. We demand that prospective immigrants embrace our American system, seminal documents, history, traditions, and guiding principles.
We reject multiculturalism and the cult of “diversity,†and the Pagan-Marxist effort to tribalize the nation into competing races, genders, classes, and ethnicities, a divisive and destructive path.
We believe in a nation of individuals, each with inalienable, God-given, Constitutional rights, not a nation of tribes and victims competing for government favors and preferential treatment.
We will endeavor to restore our schools, colleges, popular culture, media, and other institutions of education, culture, and opinion that enjoy great influence and power over our youth and all Americans so they defend American values and principles as outlined in our founding documents, recognizing the extensive damage already done to these institutions by the Pagan Marxist Left.
Marriage has been and always will be defined as the union of a man and woman based on obvious biological and natural requirements for procreation, which is the ultimate purpose of marriage. We hold that the traditional intact married 2-parent family has been and always will be the indispensable institution upon which a vibrant and robust civil society is based.
We hold that faith and belief in a moral God who judges us, is critical to a healthy and moral society. We believe that this nation is founded on the Judeo-Christian tradition and that America is and always has been a Christian nation – a Christian nation that has welcomed people of all faiths and backgrounds to our shores.
The Liberty Network will reach out to all people and communities to join our movement, to embrace liberty, limited government, and individual rights as codified by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The promotion and advancement of America’s interests and way of life in all things is the Liberty Network’s overriding and foremost concern.
