JOBS FOR SOUTHWEST INDIANA TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE FOR FALL ENDORSEMENTS

0

The Jobs for Southwest Indiana Political Action Committee (JPAC) will hold a press conference to announce fall candidate endorsements on Friday, October 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Chamber office, 318 Main Street, 4th floor, Evansville, Indiana.

The Southwest Indiana Chamber created JPAC in 1996 as a separate organization to support pro-business candidates for local and state offices.  JPAC is a nine-person, bipartisan board co-chaired by a Republican and Democrat member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. The members use long-established criteria and guidelines to determine support for candidates.

During this election cycle, JPAC surveyed candidates in various local and state races. Each of the endorsed candidates have completed a printed questionnaire and their responses can be found at www.swinchamber.com.
