Chef Nick Walls was recently promoted to Kitchen Manager overseeing both Riverside Cookery and Max & Erma’s restaurants. The chef’s culinary history includes wheelman at Casino Aztar’s Temptations Buffet, manager of the Le Merigot Hotel kitchen, and Executive Chef for Clear Crest Pines Golf Club in Evansville, Indiana.
