STATEHOUSE (Aug. 9, 2021) – Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch, joined by Office of Community Rural Affairs Executive Director Denny Spinner and representatives from Indiana higher education institutions, will announce the launch of a new OCRA program aiming to help Hoosier communities best utilize their American Rescue Plan Act funding.
