Please join Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and the Latino Advisory Committee for a news conference to announce plans for a new cultural festival in Evansville. The news conference will be Thursday, February 28, at 10 a.m. in the Mayor’s Conference room, Civic Center Complex Room 301. The news conference will be immediately followed by the regular meeting of the Latino Advisory Committee.
