Is this a new position? Is the zoo doing what the city administration is doing by adding another layer of management? My suggestion: Do not pay her a salary; put her on commission.
Oh, yes, the EVSC is good at adding layers of staff.
What is Ms. Preston being paid?

Evidently the Zoo has had the benefit of an experienced marketing director and the place is still losing money. I was the new director all the best, but I can not say I am optimistic.
