I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Janet Simpson, your new Personal Insurance Account Manager at Torian Insurance effective this coming Monday, November 21st.
Janet has been with Torian since January of this year and promises the same level of outstanding service you are used to from Mary Milburn and the rest of the Torian team.
Mary, your current Account Manager, has notified us that she wishes to phase into retirement. This is the first step in that process. Making this change now allows Mary to assist Janet in the day-to-day handling of your account while Mary is still working. Mary plans to remain at Torian in a different role through at least early next year.
