What, praytell, is a “Frist Draft?” In Tennessee there was at one time a physician-politician named Frist. Has he gone mad and moved to Evansville?

I’ve been told the Zoo is going private. Is this old news?
As President Clinton used to say, “that depends on what is is”. The City of Evansville would love to get rid of the $3 Million per year that the zoo racks up in losses. There is literally no such thing as a private business that will be willing to eat those losses. What we have heard is that there is some exploring going on to find or form a non-profit that could raise tax deductible contributions from a number of sources to eat those losses.
