KISS

KISS, the band rumored to have written a couple of songs in Evansville during their early days when they played the Coliseum two New Year’s Eves in a row has announced a summer of 2014 tour and Evansville’s Ford Center is not on the list. KISS is one of the largest stage shows on tour and Ford Center should certainly be capable of handling their new spider based stage design. Evansville people who wish to see KISS can hit the road and choose Nashville, Cincinnati, or Noblesville to attend a show. Tickets are available at livenation.com starting March 21st. The backup band for most of the tour will be Def Leppard.

  1. I remember their “farewell” tour…. in 1998. They had a change of heart.

  2. It was a gloomy day at the Farce Center when that news came out…but Della came through. The Captain and Tenile (minus Tenile, since she ditched him) and the Ghost of Porter Wagoner will be opening for Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Get your tickets while they last!
