This morning, our former Director Stephanie TenBarge appeared in Federal Court for an initial appearance on three counts of theft. As we have stated  throughout the process, we were previously unable to release any audit     information due to law enforcement request. Today, we are able to honor our commitment to release the audit, which you will find attached, to the     community we serve.
