OWENSBORO, KY, June 17, 2025 – Jagoe Homes, a leading regional home builder serving Kentucky and Indiana, is proud to announce the promotion of Brad Jagoe to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leadership expansion marks a key milestone in the company’s evolution and long-term strategic growth.
Brad previously served as Vice President of Operations, where he led significant advancements in operational efficiency, construction quality, and customer experience. Under his leadership, Jagoe Homes expanded its presence in the Kentucky and Indiana markets, introduced new home technology platforms, and strengthened its builder warranty and EnergySmart initiatives.

In his role as CEO, Brad will lead Jagoe Homes in its efforts to enhance the homebuyer experience, expand digital innovation, and reinforce the company’s leadership in energy-efficient, move-in-ready homebuilding.
