  1. WE WONDER WHY MAYOR WINNECKE DIDN”T WANT TO FACE A FEMALE TO CASUALLY TALK ABOUT LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ISSUES THAT EFFECT US ALL?
It’s not because Gail is a girl. Gail Riecken is a well seasoned political hack. She is a “Jonathan Weinzapfel in a skirt”. She would hand “Boy Lloyd” his a$$ in a debate that he couldn’t control.

Having Winnecke debate Riecken is the same thing as having a fourth grader debate a college graduate.

    • I think Winnecke made it to at least sixth grade in middle school, so he might be further along than fourth grade

  2. The cartoon could be depicting the mayor going to survey the safe streets around where his embarrassing little motel is going to squat. Old Blightey — they’ll flock to Evansville. If they hurry they could fill Old Blightey’s outdoor pool with ice and beer, ensuring an early spike in occupancy for the clackers to point to. Colorful bar chart material.

    • Be more British ole citizen, call the little thing the “blighter’s resort”.

      blight·er
      ˈblīdər/
      nounBRITISHinformal
a person who is regarded with contempt, irritation, or pity.
“your small inn is for little blighter’s!”

  3. Another reason Boy Lloyd Winnecke didn’t want to be seen at the Call To Assemble:
The event coordinators couldn’t find a box for him to stand on, so he would look tall,,,like a grown-up.

  4. Be careful with that planned assemblage. Bolin may call in the SWAT team with their flash-bangs!
