IS IT TRUE we realize that a community can have no greater ambassador of goodwill than one that keeps its citizens informed about the accomplishments, failures, and triumphs of individuals, the business community, church, hospitals and community groups, educational institutions, and elected and appointed officials?
IS IT TRUE that political officeholders should be aware that Tortious interference, also known as intentional interference with contractual relations, in the common law of torts? …that torts occur when one per son intentionally damages someone else’s contractual or business relationships with a third party causing economic harm? …when individuals colluding with each other to get a third party to interfere in a way that a business is damaged to enhance the blissful existence of a small number of privileged people could be considered Tortious interference?
IS IT TRUE that Regional groups covering all 92 counties have shared $500 million in state development grants?— although none will get close to the planned maximum $75 million. Gov. Eric Holcomb also responded sharply to criticism from some Republican gubernatorial candidates charging that his administration is imposing a “top-down approach” on development efforts around the state. (Davies, State Affairs)IS IT TRUE that from the first day of formation, E-REP with the help of special interest groups positioned those in control to build political and financial dynasties?

Our publisher is at home and doing better after he had a freak accident on January 29, 2024. He’s now receiving Rehab therapy 5 days a week. It looks like he will have to continue to rely on his family, and friends to publish the City-County Observer for a while.
