To assist IHCDA in providing accurate information on unit vacancies to help displaced persons find housing options, all landlords are encouraged to ensure that their vacant units are properly listed in the Indiana Housing Now database. In addition, IHCDA-funded properties must ensure that they are up-to-date on reporting tenant events through IHCDA Online.

Properties that Report to IHCDA are Required to Report Damage to Their Property

If any IHCDA-funded properties experienced damage, the owner agent is required to notify IHCDA within 10 days of the event by submitting the Casualty Loss Form (Form K). Form K should be submitted via e-mail to IHCDA’s Inspector Chris Rivera via Crivera@ihcda.in.gov with cc: to Matt Rayburn via MRayburn@ihcda.in.gov.
