The People’s Convoy is a national, non-partisan effort with a full day of events around Indianapolis and Camby this Saturday. There will be several speakers, including current officeholders, candidates, and leaders of other advocacy groups.
Horning will not be speaking so much about any COVID-related specifics, but rather the inherently unconstitutional, divisive and destructive power to mandate and/or prohibit ANYTHING.
