Halestorm, fronted by the charismatic Lzzy Hale, is set to rock the Victory Theatre on
Wednesday, April 29 at 7:30pm. Lead vocalist and guitarist Lzzy Hale, her brother drummer and percussionist
Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger, and bassist Josh Smith is the first female-fronted band to top the Active
Rock airplay chart. The first single “Love Bites… (So Do I)†from their sophomore album “The Strange Case
of…†in 2012 won them a Grammy award for Best Hard Rock/Metal performance. Other hits from Halestorm
include “It’s Not You,†“Bet You Wish You Had Me Back,â€
The Pretty Reckless will be opening the show. Their latest album “Going To Hell” yielded two No. 1 rock hits with “Heaven Knows” and “Messed Up World”, making them the first female-fronted act to have its first two singles both hit the top spot.
