An exciting community partnership between Habitat for Humanity of Evansville and Ivy Tech will be announced, alongside the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Habitat’s new Volunteer Center. This event will showcase how the Volunteer Center will serve as a hub for community engagement, volunteer coordination, practical training opportunities, and expanded impact in building homes and hope throughout the region.
The new Volunteer Center will enhance Habitat’s ability to mobilize volunteers and strengthen community partnerships, accelerating homebuilding efforts and supporting families in need of affordable housing. The center represents Habitat’s ongoing commitment to bring people together to build stronger, healthier neighborhoods through service and collaboration.
