Background:Â High School girls will hone their STEM skills by participating in an Escape Room at Ivy Tech, where zombies are after their pizza. Prizes will be awarded!

VEX ROBOTICS COMPETITION
What:Â Vex Robotics
When: Saturday, Feb. 29, 9:30 a.m.
Where:Â Vectren Auditorium (Room 147)

Enter through Entrance C off Colonial Drive
Background: Area students will compete in Ivy Tech’s annual VEX robotics competition in the game “Stacked.†Each team consists of at least 4 members in grades 4 through 12. Only one robot competes at a time and the robot must try to remain at all times on the confines of the foam pad. The goal of the competition is to stack as many cones on top of the non-movable base as possible in 6 minutes.
