Future Women of Criminal Justice Symposium
The Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center’s Criminal Justice class is pleased to announce the inaugural Future Women of Criminal Justice Symposium scheduled for November 12th. This event aims to showcase the increasing number of female students in the program, with 32 out of the 42 enrolled students being women. In addition to recognizing the female students, the symposium will also celebrate and honor women currently working in the criminal justice field.

By recognizing and appreciating the diverse perspectives, strengths, and leadership styles that women bring, we are able to empower them to take on impactful roles that drive positive change and inspire future generations. During the event, several speakers will share insights on their respective professions and discuss the significance of their roles as women. The following is the scheduled order of speakers:
• Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry,
• Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Diana Moers,
• Magistrate Emily Kemper,
