Indianapolis – Tomorrow, First Lady Karen Pence will visit Dayspring Center, which has provided shelter for homeless families in Marion County for more than 25 years. Later in the morning, the First Lady will visit Indiana Women’s Prison’s Wee Ones Nursery. This program was implemented in 2008 for offenders who are pregnant at the time they enter prison and allows them to care for and bond with their baby after birth. Details below.
