This year’s Fido Walk & Fun Fest will take place on Saturday, September 12th from12:00-5:00 pm! The day will feature the dog-friendly 1-Mile Fido Walk through Garvin Park, plus the Flying Houndz Frizbee Trick Dog Show sponsored by Pet Food Center! Bring your dog(s) to walk with you, or if you don’t have a dog — walk a shelter dog instead! Your family, child’s class, Scout troop, or even your business can form a team for the Walk and be eligible to win prizes!
For every $100 you earn, get one entry into the drawing for an iPad Mini!
Top 3 individual fundraisers win:

Also don’t miss the Fun Fest which includes a chance to win $500 at the Fido 2K Fetch, dogs’ and kids’ games, VHS Spay & Neuter Clinic information booth, great food, beer, music, vendors, and more! The shelter will be open for Adoptions for the entire event, and the Happy Tails Resale Shop will be open for business until 3:00 pm!
Earlybird Walk registration is now open, beginning at $25 for adults and $15 for kids under 10. Admission to the Fun Fest is FREE! (Bring small bills for food, games, & merchandise!) Registration goes up after 9/1!
