The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation is hosting an open house Wednesday, June 22, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., at the EVSC Administration Building, located at 951 Walnut Street. The Open House will give interested parents additional information about On My Way Pre-K, a free preK program for qualifying students.
On My Way, Pre-K is a state program that awards grants to 4-year-olds who qualify so they may have access to high-quality Pre-K programs. As part of the program, students receive free high-quality early childhood education, free breakfasts and lunches, as well as free transportation to and from school.
At the open house, parents will be able to meet with EVSC early learning administrators, as well as sign up for On My Way Pre-K or any of the EVSC’s other early learning options.
