Ivy Tech Community College is planning an event on Oct. 28 to help orient potential college students to going to college, and in particular – what it’s like to go to Ivy Tech.
During Go Ivy Day, Friday, Oct. 28 from 8:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Evansville campus – 3501 N. First Avenue, students will learn about admission requirements, meet with faculty from their academic area of interest, learn more about financial aid and scholarship opportunities, connect with current students, explore the campus, and fill out a free application. Lunch will be provided.
Ivy Tech provides students with two pathways – one to earn an associate degree that seamlessly transfers to many four-year colleges; and one, a two-year opportunity to earn an associate degree or technical certificates to enter the workforce more quickly.
