1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:

1. An executive session will be held prior to the open session.

2. The executive session is closed as provided by:

1. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5): To receive information about and interview prospective employees.
2. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A): With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct.
3. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9): To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.  This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process.

1. 1. 22-PO-14 – Officer Joseph Harter, Badge Number 1460 – 1 day suspension appeal was withdrawn on April 27th.
   2. 22-PO-16 – Officer Joseph Harter, Badge Number 1460 – 3 day suspension appeal was withdrawn on April 27th.

8. NEW BUSINESS:

1. 1. Approval of the City of Evansville and Fraternal Order of Police agreement effective January 1^st of 2022 through December 31^st of 2023.

9. RETIREMENTS:

1. 1. Sergeant Douglas Schneider, badge number 5138 retiring effective May 31^st 2022 after serving 28 years, 2 months, and 9 days.
   2. Officer Jeffrey Hands, badge number 1110 retiring effective June 4^th 2022 after serving 32 years, 2 months, and 17 days.

10. REMINDERS:  The scheduled meeting for Monday, May 23^th at 4:00pm.
