Nostalgia filled Ford Center this evening with some of the 90s favorites. Tone Loc, Rob Base, Coolio, Color Me Badd, Salt N Pepa with Spinderella and Vanilla Ice performed for a sold out crowd. The Ford Center turned into a party with a DJ between all acts. Each artist and band interacted with the crowd by inviting them up to the stage and/or jumping down from the stage to go walk through the aisles.
“Evansville really got behind this show and you could feel the energy from all the excitement in every performance,†stated Ford Center’s Executive Director, Scott Schoenike.
Continuing Ford Center’s five-year anniversary celebration is NBA Indiana Pacers VS Milwaukee Bucks – October 12, Florida Georgia Line – October 14, Alabama October 20, UE Men’s and Women’s Basketball and the first season for Ford Center’s new hockey tenant, Thunderbolts.
