Fith Ward Evansville City Councilman Justin Elpers To Declare For Vanderburgh County Commissioner
Ward 5 City Councilor Justin Elpers will be announcing his candidacy for Vanderburgh County Commissioner at an event today at 4 pm, at Roca Bar North, 12301 US HWY 41, Evansville, IN.Â
Doors will open at 4:00 PM CT. Â Mr. Elpers will give remarks at 4:15 PM CT. Following remarks, Elpers will take questions from the press and will meet with supporters.Â
