Earthcare Energy Posts Press Release Regarding Testing of Langson Device

Carson City, Nevada (March 27, 2012) – The Langson Energy Gas Letdown GeneratorTM has completed testing in Elite Energy’s Test Lab for natural gas letdown power generation. The GLG utilizes helical screw technology to generate power from natural gas pressure reduction. It is designed to work in conjunction with existing natural gas pressure reduction stations as a means to capture the energy contained in the pressurized gas.

Research, development and operational testing previously performed by Langson on the GLG had been performed exclusively using compressed air. Langson’s customers requested an independent test using natural gas in order to simulate conditions within the environment being considered for implementation.
A test protocol was developed by a major gas and electric utility in order to demonstrate power output curves from varying gas pressure and flow conditions and gas inlet and outlet temperatures.

Elite Energy Systems, Inc of Carson City, NV, was asked to design and construct a high pressure closed-loop natural gas test environment capable of conducting tests simulating a range of pressures and temperatures and to measure the power output capability of the Gas Letdown GeneratorTM . Designed around equipment supplied by Langson Energy and incorporating a comprehensive collection of instrumentation, safeties and controls, the test loop was completed, tested and became operational in mid March 2012.

“The Gas Letdown GeneratorTM performed as expected and no specific operational issues were encountered while operating on Natural Gas. The Test data shows consistent and predictable trends. The testing indicates that the outlet temperature can be confidently predicted based on inlet conditions and design power can be confidently predicted based on mass flow and pressure ratio,” says Peter Palmer, Elite’s Test Engineer.

  1. I just checked the websites of Langson, Rattler, and Helix and not a one of them has any news of this testing. This press release has no substance to it at all. There is no data and no link to get the data. This looks like more BS to me.

  2. Hey Weaver, Mosby, Adams, Robinson, O’Daniel, Winnecke, and Dewey, are you folks willing to invest your own money in Earthcare based on this meaningless statement? If so then prove it an do so but leave my tax money alone. This thing is turning into a bigger joke than anyone ever dreamed it could.

  3. Pay attention to the second paragraph. The first sentence proves that the little lab model in the video is all there has ever been and that it was never tested with anything but a compressor. The test described only changed the gas and not the test conditions. This thing is not even close to being ready to “install at the DOD” like Earthcare’s owners convinced the stooges that supported it they would be doing.

  4. Elite Energy Systems, LLC was formed in November of 2008 in Delaware and then in January of 2009 in Nevada after its predecessor Blue Point Energy, Inc. filed bankruptcy in October of 2008. They had 22 million in debts. Blue Point Energy filed bankruptcy 10 months after receiving $10 million from an investment firm named TEFCO, LLC. TEFCO, LLC is the managing member of Elite Energy Systems. Four of the Seven officers of Elite Energy System come from HESS Microgen. Hess Microgen has been sued numerous times for contractual violations and has an $8 million jury verdict against it, of which $6.3 million was punitive damages. As for Alturdyne, it doesn’t exist anymore. If you want to see Elite Energy’s “campus”, google 16 Industrial Parkway, Moundhouse Nevada, pull up the satellite picture and then go one lot over to the west. It’s a giant pole building. I don’t know if it’s 64,000 square fee, but it is pretty big. The property to the east is a rental complex and is where HESS Microgen used to the located. Steven P Brandon and Michaell A de’Marsi, principals at Elite Energy, went from HESS Microgen to Blue Point Energy Inc in 2006- just before the lawsuits started against HESS Microgen. At the time of Blue Point Energy’s bankruptcy, the assets were sold off at presumably rock bottom prices. TEFCO, LLC bought them. TEFCO, LLC was formed by Gordon V. Smith, who also conveniently was on the Board of Directors for Chapeau, Inc., which is the company that was doing business as Blue Point Energy. Investor money goes in, and then the company is gone in less than a year. The principals manage to keep the assets and just form a new company. It’s a lot like Stephen Geldmacher’s prior company Comvergics Systems. It got a $1 million from an angel investor network at the end of 2007 and never launched a commercial product (however, he was able to pay off his 500k mortgage and a 100k tax lien in 2008). A new company was formed, Comvergics Wireless, LLC in 2009. It’s all the same- the company claims they have a working prototype, customers lining up and they are about to go global. Investors put their money in and then poof the company disappears. The principals just move on to a new company and start over. Does the working prototype, customers lining up and about to go global sound familiar? It’s Earthcare Energy, which is no less than the 12th company formed by Ken Haney. None of the prior companies are active, or have a product or have employees. But be careful calling this what it really is, Earthcare is offended by our inquiries and is considering pulling out and going to Philadelphia. We should all just back off.

    • If all of this is true then all of the people on council who supported this, the Mayor, and Dewey need to be impeached. If it were 100 years ago these fools would be tarred and feathered and run out of town.

    • What is so pathetic is the whipped dog attitude of Evansville taxpayers that prevented any of them, much less several hundred of them, from showing up at the City Council meeting and calling for an investigation of this issue.

      It is NOT TO LATE! If you are a taxpaying resident of Evansville call up your friends and neighbors and make a date to be there at the next City Council meeting and at the very least copy the information provided here by Earthcare Scam and read it into the record of the meeting. No one is going to do this for you, and you should not expect them to do it either.

  5. Now that all these facts has become available about Earthcare, I wonder if Mosby is still braging about her vote for Earthcare and their $34 an hour wage? Again, no research done by her and other Council members. Just SPEND, SPEND & MORE SPENDING!!!

    • There are 4 council members that did research and continue to do research. The problem is that it takes 6 votes to rescind the original vote. The 5 that voted for this mess have been contacted and told everything. However, the original 4 cannot get at least 2 of the idiot 5 to change their vote. At least 2 of the original 4 have also met with the Mayor and told him. He blew them off. Not one these people seem concerned.

  6. The city attorney needs to slow/walk the contract loan agreement. The City Council has the power to reverse its previous vote. While it may take 6 to reverse its previous vote but it only takes two to make a vote on reconsolidation to come before the group. Do 2 councilmen have the baXXs to step up and force a 2nd vote on this matter.

    It is the right thing to do. Do it!

  9. What about the test by CTC that we were told would be finished by March 31? That is a real 3rd party testing company. Elite doesn’t even run tests on products as an advertised service. Earthcare has mislead us again and Mayor Winnecke obliviously shoots silly Richard Simmons videos and continues to believe that OZ is all powerful. With leadership like this Evansville will be broke and destitute in a couple of years. We may have a series of dance videos though.

    • A trusted friend went to the address yesterday and reports that the Earthcare Energy headquarters is a small mail box in a PostNet store. I think those cost $25 or so per month to rent.

    Look like (GAGEGATE) vetting of Earthcare Energy is finally becoming a major issue with the taxpayers of Evansville.

    Also, how much bonus and raise did you approve to give yor buddy Debbie Dewey this year? Is there any truth to the rumors that Ms. Dewey now make more money per year then our outstanding Sheriff, Eric Willams? Also, arent you not only a member of the Gage Board of Directors but also its Executive Committee who approved her salary increase?

A friend of Vandyburgh County Commissioner Steve Melcher told a group of people at a recent political function that the President of GAGE, Debbie Dewey has refused to give Mr. Melcher a breakdown report of her recent salary and bonus she receives. She told the group that its MS. Dewey stance is that GAGE is a private business and doesn’t have to report her salary to anyone. Dewey claims this matter is between her and the Board President of GAGE. Isn’t Commissioner Melcher a member of the GAGE Board of Directors and also on the Executive Committee along with County Councilmen, Tom Shelter, Jr. and the Mayor alike?

    IT’S about time Mr. Melcher grows a “political backbone” and demand that Ms. Dewey give him a copy of her recent salary and bonus agreement with her board members!

    More important, I demand not only that Mr. Melcher makes the terms of her employment contract but also her recent salary increase and bonus public soon as he receives this information from her.

    In case Mr. Melcher, the Mayor and County Councilmen, TOM Shelter, Jr. may have forgotten , I need to remind them that GAGE is supported by $350,000 of tax payer dollars!

  18. First time ever to post. The comments posted by blogger, Earthcare Scam really has me going.

    If the claims that Earthcare Scam are anywhere correct, I ask that readers of the CCO join me in forwarding a copy of her CCO blog post to the office of the U S Attorney General Office Political Crime Taskforce soon as possible.

    Call the Political Crime Taskforce hot line and ask them what we should do to request them to investigate the claims of the Earthcare Scam blog posted in CCO. The Political Crime Taskforce toll free number is 317-229-2443.

    The rational for this request that it’s now common knowlege that a couple of elected officials gave the Mayor of Evansville similar information concerning Earthcare Energy and the Mayor still is supporting giving them the $5 Million loan of taxpayers money.

    Something is not right about this entire deal and know that the U S Attorney General Oiffce shall get to bottom of this transaction. It’s time for the political heads to roll.
