Knox County – Monday afternoon, December 2, at approximately 4:30, Trooper Brent Gramig stopped the driver of a GMC Jimmy for failing to indicate a turn at 19th and Hart Street and for driving down the middle of Bayou Street north of 12th Street in Vincennes. The driver was identified as Steven T. Richardville, 22, of Vincennes. During the traffic stop Trooper Gramig detected signs of impairment. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe in Richardville’s pants pocket. Further investigation revealed Richardville was under the influence of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.
