 Just after 3:00 a.m. this morning, the Evansville Police Department was called to the 1700 block of S. Bedford Ave. about an infant that was not breathing. Once officers arrived they immediately began performing CPR until an ambulance, as well as the Evansville Fire Department, showed up to take over life saving measures.Â
 The infant was transported to the hospital by an ambulance and after a short period of time was declared deceased.Â
