ENJOY YOUR NEW “OFF TOPIC FORUM” AS OF APRIL 23, 2015

For the last couple of month we have been watching our bloggers getting off topic. Sometime the posters got real personal and insulting. With much thought and planning we have decided to add a new section to the CCO so you can go off topic long as you want. The name of this new section is called “OFF TOPIC FORUM.”  We placed this new section in the upper right hand corner.  This site is ready for you to post your off messages on a daily basis.

Attached is the new CCO posting rules for your review and compliance.

We reserve the right to remove any post that we feel is obscene, profane, vulgar, racist, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, or hateful.  Comments should further the discussion on a given subject or article and not veer off topic unless your posting on the “OFF TOPIC FORUM.”   We reserve the right to remove comments posted for sock puppeting purposes, where a user creates another persona to comment on their own previous comment.

You are legally responsible for what you post. Your anonymity is not guaranteed on this site. City County Observer will not share your private information with anyone unless you expressly instruct us to do so or we are required by law to do so.  We do not sell, rent, or give your information to any other company.

    • Have you noticed the drop in comments when combining this and the Bash the city admin (except for 4 council members) daily site.

    • I wonder what they will do with all the Riverfront space once they demo the old girl?

      On another off topic Post. I’ve noticed a heavy increase in new video commercials on most of the web sites I go to get the news. CNN, MSNBC and other web site are not only running video ads but they are hiding the video controls so you can’t stop the video or turn the sound off. I may have to just stop going to those web sites if they keep this up. I hate watching 30 seconds of commercial in order to see 15 seconds of news video. Screw that.

      • If that was our town and our project we’d fix the idiots throughput dynamics with some never imagined innovation. Everybody knows Evansville’s downtown is logistically obsolete. That’s what you end up with when a few square blocks exist on pure cronies fueling.
        There’s an easy fix ,we’d as soon sit back and watch the continuing debacle as offer a working solution to those old moldy ogre politicos and their stinking cronies.

        Where there’s a will there’s a way, and if one has a working plan the way is a open ended pathway. It’ll never happen there, those cronies politicians would eat their own siblings to make a political tick buck. All one has to do is look at the baby eating cruds that serve them in the US congress, and the state house. Pitiful.
