Is it true that all or most of this property belongs Ron and Gail Riecken, Gail being Mayor Winnecke’s opponent in this Fall’s election?
Is it true that Mayor Winneke’s supporters put up Winnecke yard signs and banners WITHOUT the Rieckens permission?
Is it true that given it is the Riecken’s private property, the Riecken’s have every right to take down those signs?
Is it true that if it were your property and your political opponent had the unmitigated gall to put up their yards signs ON YOUR PROPERTY that you would make DAMN WELL sure those signs were taken down?
Is it true that the LST is a 501 c organization that is prohibited from political activities, especially political fundraisers?
Is it true the Winnecke campaign is now in violation of those laws?
Is it true that an individual that has an active dislike for the Rieckens took pictures of Ron Riecken taking down the signs and posted them on Facebook with the implication that the Riecken’s were being petty and childish and unworthy or being the Mayor and first man of Evansville?
Is it true that it’s been alleged has a court order against him to stay off the LST property?
Is it true if this information is correct than this individual is in violation of that court order and should had been arrested?
Is it true that that this individual in his obsessive zealousness to spin this as a negative against the Riekens did not say on his Facebook post that the Riecken’s NEVER gave permission to put up those signs?
