Donald Trump’s inflammatory talk, especially his vow to deport 11 million immigrants in the country illegally, poses a serious threat to U.S. farmers struggling to get their crops to market, said Frank Muller, who grows tomatoes, peppers, almonds and walnuts on his California farm.
“American labor won’t do these jobs. Will not take the job! You want higher prices in the supermarket? Go ahead. Kill my business. Your grocery bills are gonna skyrocket under Trump. My farm would shut down today if Trump removed my … workforce…’ Muller said. “You hear all these disparaging remarks about immigrants, but these guys are the hardest working, most dedicated people … I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Trump’s campaign declined to comment.

No one could deny that the immigrants are hard working and dedicated people, that can be said about most any immigrant from any country—but the conversation here is about illegals and whose job they are taking–apparently DB has no qualms about whose job the illegals are taking by depressing the wage scale for American workers–you have to wonder just whose job would DB sacrifice just so he could Get it (whatever) cheaper. We have all seen and lived what China has done to American workers, and he advocates another kick in the teeth for the common man, with a bleeding heart cry, when all he really wants is a better price,– at his brother and sister Americans expense. If Muller and McClarty can’t make it by paying a fair wage–they they need to abandon their phony bleeding heart crap, and get into another business.
Americans used to do a lot of those jobs that the illegals are doing but for Better Pay, (Muller in his fear mongering admits as much) the Illegals are driving down the wage scale and Mr. Muller likes taking advantage of the illegals –illegal status, –Higher prices at the Supermarket, well his tactics of Fear don’t fly with me–I want that living wage for American workers, and not exploitation of the illegals just so I can “get it Cheaper”!

Whew! What passes for a Republican these days is GONE!! The GOP is the party of business (I thought). The GOP is for free, open, competitive markets and free unfettered trade (I thought). No more…Crash…you are advocating a LIVING WAGE for the American Worker, even if it means HIGHER PRICES. This is classic Bernie Sanders stuff….not Republican policies. So much for what passes as a conservative. This is what Trump is doing to the GOP. (He is for single payer health care too. Who woulda thunk?)
