The victim of a collision involving an ATV and motor vehicle has been identified as Robert A. Lutz, age 49, of Vanderburgh County. The collision occurred on New Harmony Rd. in western Vanderburgh County on November 11, 2023 at 13:39 hrs. He died at the scene and was the operator of an ATV struck by a Motor Vehicle.  The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the circumstances of the collision.
