Hospitals Urge Action
Both Deaconess and Ascension St. Vincent Hospitals are urging residents to “Do Your Part” during the pandemic.
Social distancing, wearing masks, good hygiene, staying home when sick and limiting social gatherings are all steps that need to be observed this holiday season.
Additional Task Force Updates
  • Providing Restaurants with a checklist of “best practices” has been a pro-active effort between the local health department and the Task Force.
  • Over $1 million has been distributed in loans & grants to local businesses.
  • Eviction Relief Funds have been given final approval, which provides an additional $750,657 now available for housing relief in the city for low income persons facing the end of the eviction moratorium.
