Mayor Lloyd Winnecke will unveil the new Citizen Concern mobile application at a news conference Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 9 a.m. in the Mayor’s Conference Room, Room 302 at the Civic Center Complex. The application will make it easier for citizens to report problems or concerns and monitor the city’s response.
