Chemo Buddies To Host 6th Annual HOPEFEST This Saturday At Friedman Park, Newburgh

It’s the day you realize you’re not alone. A time to reflect and a time for celebration. A day to experience pure joy and a day to recognize all you’ve been through so far. A day we put on each year just for survivors, whether they were diagnosed yesterday or 30 years ago.
It’s Hopefest and it’s THIS SATURDAY at Friedman Park from 9 AM to 1 PM. Everyone is welcome!
There’s a cruise in, vendor village, food trucks, inflatables, Survivor Wall of Hope, a Memory Garden, and more.
A 5K race at 9 am, the SURVIVORS PARADE at 10:30, and a 1 mile walk at 11. The Survivor’s Parade is the highlight of the event.
Come, reclaim your reason for HOPE.
Cancer is one of the scariest words on earth, and Hopefest brings us together as a community to celebrate survivorship and take back the HOPE that cancer may have robbed us.

WHEN: Saturday, September 27 from 9 am to 1 pm. (Set up is Friday afternoon at the park)
WHERE: Friedman Park, 2700 Park Drive, Newburgh IN
The event typically draws several thousand people and is sponsored by Ascension St. Vincent and Liberty Federal Credit Union. The event is rain or shine and will only be canceled for weather warnings or lightning.
