Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill today issued a statement in light of a federal judge’s ruling on Friday regarding an Indiana abortion law.
“The Court suggests that our General Assembly has placed ‘undue burden’ on women who are considering termination of their pregnancies by requiring an ultrasound 18 hours prior to termination. While I do not agree with the Court’s decision, my office is considering our next steps in the litigation.â€
