| Art Noir Exhibit |
 Once again, the Arts Council is sending out a call to artists for the all black and white exhibit (grayscale accepted), Art Noir. The opening reception for the exhibit will be February 13th from 5-7pm at the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana, located at 318 Main Street in downtown Evansville.
