Bartlett and Associates has been contracted by the State of Indiana-Department of Transportation for the roadwork at Highway 41 and Lloyd Expressway. The work being done will disrupt the traffic patterns the Board of Public Safety approved for Joshua Academy.

A. ROAD CLOSURE
1. Evansville Otters requests approval to close Main Street from Morgan Avenue to Garvin Park’s fountain and possibly the entrance to the park on Reis Avenue starting at 8:00 am on Friday, October 4, 2013 through Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 5:00 pm for a car show.
B. SPECIAL EVENT
1. Harold Matthews, University of Evansville, requests approval for “MLK March Reenactment†Monday, January 21, 2013 beginning at 1:15 pm ending at 2:30 pm. Route: East on Walnut from Ridgway University Center to Alvord Blvd, south on Alvord Blvd, west on Lincoln Ave to front oval driveway of U of E, north on driveway onto campus.

1. Red Cross requests approval to use four parking spaces in front of Signature School-610 Main Street to park their mobile unit for a blood drive the school is sponsoring on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 7:00 am until 2:30 pm.
