Palace is a 10-year-old female brown/orange torbie. She has a cute “grumpy cat†face, but don’t let it fool you – she’s very sweet! She also likes to talk. She will tell you all about her life, and how she’s ready to get out of this cage and into your car! Palace’s $30 adoption fee includes her microchip, vaccines, spay, and more.
