Kelsie is a female brown tabby cat. Since she was a stray, VHS guesses she’s approximately 2 years old. She was found with a few minor injuries by a local good Samaritan, and has healed up quite nicely! Her $30 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, and more.
